MixPlaces' ultimate goal is to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Therefore, we strive to address any issues, resolve problems, and correct any discrepancies related to customer orders made on mixplaces.com or our app. Refunds or exchanges are only available in instances involving faulty, damaged, or defective products as determined by MixPlaces within 14 days of the delivery date. To report a problem with your order, and/or a refund or return, please login to your account and go the order or contact us via customer service chat.
However, no returns are permitted for customer remorse or user errors once products have been printed (including instances of purchase by the customer, submission to the printer, resubmission to the printer, or any other action that MixPlaces deems as printing).
For clarity, aside from instances involving faulty or defective products as determined by MixPlaces, neither our Terms and Conditions nor our Refund Policy grant any rights of cancellation for MixPlaces products which, by their nature, have been made to your specification or clearly personalized by you.
Customers must return any product to us in its original packaging, which should be retained for this purpose.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
