Henry Schenck Tanner

Henry Schenck Tanner (1786–1858) was a prominent American cartographer, engraver, and publisher known for producing some of the most detailed and influential maps of the early 19th century. His work was instrumental in documenting the rapid expansion of the United States during this period.
