Because every item is personalised and printed on demand, we cannot take a return simply because you changed your mind. But our Make It Right Guarantee covers the things that are our fault: if your order arrives damaged, has a printing or manufacturing fault, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it at our cost or refund you in full if a reprint will not do.
